Roxie Putman celebrates Halloween by dressing as a joker and decorating her work space in the Admissions office at LBCC. Putman invites students over to roll two dice for prizes and enter in a drawing for a One Million Dollar candy bar, which will be held at 3 p.m. Friday afternoon. Putman and her colleagues all dress up and turn their room into a casino where students can come and get free candy by playing different games.
